Marketing Birds Academy, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the subscription fees for the subscriptions. Any fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Marketing Birds Academy will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the service after the subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified subscription fee amount.

11. Refunds

Refunds are available for our courses under specific circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 14 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not granted for services partially used or for services used beyond the initial 14 days. All refunds are subject to the discretion of Marketing Birds Academy, and certain conditions may apply.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Marketing Birds Academy from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Izmir/Türkiye for the resolution of any disputes.
